Refund Policy
At this time, we won’t be accepting returns or refunds. However, if the item is damaged, we do have a 30-day exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is damaged (e.g., shattered glass) or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and rectify it.
